Mini 3D on E Power!?!?
Lately (since I changed my name to "Daddy") I"ve found myself only having time to run up to the field and fly off one pack on my 3D foamy before dark. Brushless E power is just so convenient and relatively user friendly. No clean up...no set up....just run out of the house and FLY. I'll bet I"ve done 90% of my flying so far this season on my beat up little 3DX between the minutes of sunset and dark. I love my glow planes....but they just sit cause I don't usually have time to put all that stuff in the van...unload it....gas up...tweak....clean up...etc. I would like a more everyday flyer to tune my 3D skills with. I"ve been thinking about the Mini 3D from extreme flight. Looks like a good platform and I know a few people have done it but haven't heard much feedback. Anybody gone this route yet? I"d like to hear some opinions and results. It'll cost some bucks....but the flying opportunities it opens up will be worth it I think.
