Texas, as luck would have it, I am wanting to make a 90 degree elbow for my Saito 100. Can you describe/post pics of how you made it? I'm thinking of soldering a copper 1/2" 90 degree fitting to my existing header (which I'll cut in half first), solder the other half of the header to the remaining end of the elbow, then screwing the muffler to this end of the header. Thanks!
