The book says for low rates Aileron up 15 degree down 15 degree, Elevator 15 up and down, Rudder 25 left and right. High rates: Aileron 25 up and down, elevator 25 up and down, Rudder 35 left and right. 3-D rates Aileron 35 up and down, Elevator 50 up and down rudder 50 left and right.

I measured mine and I have on high 1.5 inches up and down Aileron or maybe a little more on Elevator about 1.5 inches and rudder about 1.75 inches I will be adding more to the rudder as much as I can till it almost hits the elevator.
