That's a Dick Sarpolus design. I have a .20 size I got over the internet and am getting flight-ready. The grass at our field is very lush and when I tried it, it nosed over immediately. It's a tail-dragger. It needs larger wheels and the gear bent forward about an inch. These were a family of planes, from .049 to a .90 I believe. What size is yours? Tail-dragger or tricycle?
