Get the bigger engine!! Use throttle control for the trainer.. The future
3D plane will love you for it!!...

I got the LA-46 for my Avistar, And it has been a GREAT engine for me!!
Cost was a major concern for me... But if I had to do it over.. I'm getting
more HP/...torque, if I can afford a 4-stroke... My new motto..
You NEVER can have too much!!
