Bill:

So long as the tank is centered or a little below the level of the spray bar it will act just like an upright engine, except for being a bit easier to flood, and a little more critical on the idle adjustment. No big thing.

PS: Be sure the clunk is positioned at the REAR of the tank. With a pusher engine that will be toward the engine. wr.
