My 10 year old son soloed today. It was his 51st flight on the Hobbico Superstar. He also had about a dozen instructed flights on my electric planes. He has been flying an electric Slow Stick very well for a couple of weeks. He has been training with me and three other instructors and getting experience at a couple of fields.

The crystal in my / "our" Superstar has already been changed to his frequency. I'm looking forward to a summer and many years of flying together. I'm being pestered now to leave this site and get the simulator fired up.

Minn - I think he would be very proud of one of your certificates. If you could make one out to Mike Klovanich it would be much appreciated.
