Downlaod them to your hard drive. Then push the "post reply" button. In that window you have a "upload images" at the lower left corner. It will open another box. Push "browse" and you can go to where you've downloaded them and click on them. The rest you'll see as you go through it. It will tell you when they are successfully downloaded.
