Mine was nose heavy also- I used a 3mmX30MM allen head screw (all I could find) under the tail to balance it pefectly. However, after speaking with a few people, the TM likes to be a bit nose heavy so I have since removed it and it seems to fly just fine. I will measure to see where my cog is on my plane tomorrow and let you know if you'd like.
