I have just built a small (19" wingspan) FA18 replica "profile" plane. I was curious where I should shoot for the COG at. Due to the wing shape and somewhat far back placement, I was going to shoot for about 1/3 to 1/2 from the start of the leading edge (where it comes out from the center of the plane). Does this sound about right for a starting point? If not, what should I look for in flying behavior (if it even flies in the first place
) to determine COG? Thanks.
