What is a Silicone spray? Where I can find it ?

Can you give me some link of example of this spray?

I have some LRP foam and rubber tires gripping liquid ... that I use for my F201 ... but since it doesn't make miracles on my rubber tires ... I not sure it can do miracle on my old foam ...
