I admit I too grossly overfondle my 72 GK. The .72 GK comes with a perfectly shaped hourglass carb inlet, for enhanced enticement of air flowing into the venturi orafice.

I also like to listen to the valves gently press against their seats, as I anticipate each distinct phase of the power strokes: Suck, squeeze, bang, blow.
