Just how windy is it? Typical e power planes don't have the power, wing type, or porop size to handle brisk winds. Have you considered joining a club and moving up to glow powered planes? I have some glow powered planes that can handle 20-30 km winds. I don't suggest this for a beginner but once you have the experience and plane that can handle it, its a lot of fun!
