If your budget lets you afford the Hobbico CS-35 servos for rudder, elevator and (2 ea.) ailerons and some Hitec HS-81 servos for the throttle and flaps, you will end up at the same weight as the stock plane without flaps and have a faster, better set of servos than most standard units to boot. Even if you use 1.5 oz. weight servos it doesn't add enough weight to be noticed.
