Had to wait 2 days for 4 mm carbon rod to get to me

Under-cart now has a3/8 doubler on the front half former, with three 4 mm carbon dowels,
Passing all the way through from the wing locating former.

Reinforced the front fire-well with carbon tows and epoxy.

New tank position is right on center line of carb, and level all the way back, room for a smoke tank now on top.
