Also, I would think that you can try to shorten the gearing (smaller clutch bell, larger spur gear). It may or may not be enough to help you.

If you tightened the slipper clutch in all the way, I would recommend changing it back to normal soon. Tightening the slipper clutch a ton is a good way to strip spur gears.
