RE: OMP Yak RIP
After about 20 hours and some new plywood and balsa, the Yak is back from the dead. Other than one wingtip not getting fixed yet most people couldnt tell it had been repaired. I wish i had some crash photos.
On a side note, with all the servos out of the plane for repairs, I replaced the 121 oz rudder servo with an 8411 180 oz servo and wow what a difference! 121 oz was just not enuf! Now i can do a sweet knife edge waterfall or pinwheel whichever is the correct term but its dang sweet. I simply cannot imagine anyone using a standard servo on the Yak
