Since you have to slide it in, that rules out CA. I would opt for 30 minute epoxy, myself. Not sure the wood glue would stick to the aluminum very well.

The Uproar 60 has an aluminum wing tube that slides into a paper tube that will be glued in the ribs. The instructions do not mention the kind of glue that should be used. I have wood glue, epoxy, and CA (thin, medium, thick).
