Randy, the best you can do is to line up the ailerons with the rib on the edge of the wings as a guide. Keeping the line from front of wing to TE of aileron. As a personal preference you can then adjust them up or down mechanically to find what works best. On this plane proper setup is neutral control surfaces, not needing positive or negative set up.
