I understand your description in terms of battery output, but I also want to make sure it is clear for battery charging (input). Let me try and think of a way that I can describe it clearly for both situations.

In the meantime, if you can come up with a one liner description, that will satisfy both situations and also be clear for beginners, please let me know.
