I am a NEWBEE to E-Flight and also very interested in the Batteries of choice by others.
I have just purchased a Slow Stick, 11/8 prop came with plane, E-Flite 370 4100KV Motor upgrade,Phoenix-25 ESC and KoKam 11.1v/1500 mah 3 cell Battery and the motor get HOT in just one minute of run time even without the prop. Too big of battery?
Horizon Tech said just fly it and if it smokes the motor send it in for replacement.
