I appreciate the comments,

I am certainly a beginner, hence G2 might be the way to go then, also I do not have equipment yet, thus the usb interface/radio from G2 would be a bonus for me.

One question though

I read on the "realplanes" website that their sim are not designed for notebook (laptop) computers, which is what i have, hence I thought I would list my specs here and you guys can tell me if I would be fine playing G2 in 3D mode.
