Yep, you definitely get a manual. Do yourself a favor when you assemble it and follow along with RaptorTechnique.com's assembly instructions. I went by those instructions, primarily, and also followed along in the TT manual. A couple of things are done in a little different order here and there, but the RaptorTechnique instructions are much more detailed and step-by-step. The TT manual pretty much just has exploded view diagrams to show assembly.

When you look at these instructions without the parts in front of you, it doesn't look all that easy to follow, but believe me, when you sit down to build it, you'll be glad to have these instructions! Much better than trying to figure out where to start with the TT Manual's exploded views! I assembled mine in my home office, right next to my PC, so I just followed along with my web browser. If you can't do that, at least get a good color printout, if you can.
