jnjacksn - Unfortunately no, Blaine's Edge wasn't the only casualty. Later the same day his motor on his 40% Carden Extra 330 quit during a hover... completely broke the nose off just in front of the landing gear. I missed seeing that one, but unfortunately I watched his edge all the way in right in front of me

***shudder*** Man it makes me sick just thinking about it. Wes Batson from Mobile pancaked his 40% edge Sat too; tried a backflip into a short elevator too low and rode it into the ground. It sounded bad, but should be fliable with a week or two of repair - it was all in one piece.
Accidents aside, it really was a GREAT show!!! Lots of great 3d and a lot of huuuu.... *gasp* wild moves. Seeing Mike Sauls dive and pop into a blender at treeline height was almost more than I can bear to watch! Mike and Blaine did an awesome formation demo too with synchronized rolls, snaps, walls, knife edge circles, etc. I'll try to get some pics and maybe some video up soon.
