1 mm? Might as well throw the plane out! No I'm just kidding. I've seen planes with issues far greater than that fly perfectly fine. I do many measurements using the "eyeball and thumb" method, and my planes fly fine. I'm sure it will not be an issue.
By the way, I just noted this was your first post. Welcome. I'm sure you'll get a lot of good info here.
