I am looking for charger at the moment and i have found 2 that i can afford. Both are from Sung Ji, and both are around the $100 AUS mark.
One is a Chargetronic and the other Swallow.
Chargetronic has:
- Nicad and Nimh charging 1 up to 8 cells
- 100mAh to 5,000mAh (0.1-5.0A) 3.0A max. with AC input
- 10 battery pack memory
- Delta peak
- Digital display

Swallow
- Nicad, Nimh, Pb, Li-ion
- 1-10 cell (Nicad & Nimh) 3.6V-11.1V (Li-ion), 2V-12V (Pb)
- charge and discharge

I guess the main question is would you choose the one with mains and battery memory or the one with Lion and discharge? I guess it would really depend on what you need them for.
