Well your stocker has a rotary carb., and that one has a slide carb so you will need to build a new linkage setup that rotates the the pull angle by 90deg. It also has a rear exhaust, your stocker has side exhaust with a rectangle port rather than a round header port. Oh yeah, also you will need a starter-box or a hand-starter with a donut adapter to start it (and that is if you have the flywheel hole in the chassis, I know your stocker was roto-start)......

For the same price at Stormer, you can get the Epic .18 that makes more power with the same RPMs and should be a bolt in......
