Practice, practice and then when you've done that practice again.

Start with the heli 'side on' from the left and then from the right. Once you can do that practice slowly turning the model from one side to the other, through 180 degrees, with the tail coming towards you.

Once you can do this point the model towards you and learn 'nose-in'. When you can do this you can start trying 'spot turns'.
