I think the point here is that the flip is a bit fragile but that is because it is lightweight and therefore 3D's well. If you have an unrelaible engine or you haven't mastered landing yet, you may want to consider another airframe. No bashing needed, just a warning that this thing aint so tough. Even the guy who started the thread may reconsider the flip when he gets his engine running better and is wanting a small plane that 3D's well.
