Just picked up a hedge trimmer from a friend. It's a Craftsman 20.3cc model and runs rather well. Took it down to "Useable" part and seems rather light. I'm going to lighten it up some more and see where I get with it. If it does ok then I might have to dig something out to put it on!

Well just weighed it. Came in at 2.0 pounds as pictured, not bad I guess. Still have a lot of metal to come off and drill holes in the mount as well.
