You need to start from forward or sideways flight. It would be tough to make it look good starting from a hover.
You would have to be extremely careful doing this. If you are at normal flying speed, and you have your standard solid fins on, you may not have enough tail rotor power to push the tail into the direction of travel (against the wind resistance pushing on the vertical fin). Also at the half way point you will be travelling backwards at speed which is not easy.
The F3C Schedule has Yawing circles etc. and they are all flown in the hover box, not in forward flight.
I would start off by keeping the speed low (i.e. Hover Taxi or you may get into trouble).
