a Mammoth is made for racing, not hard core bashing. It will take abuse from races and light bashing, but it is not made to excel in a "bash pit". That is what Savages and the like are for.

No need to get all wound up guys, I'm just adding my experience to the discussion. As far as racing a mammoth, from what I've seen of them on the track and they are little more than a rolling turd. I've been involved in unlimited truck racing over the last 3 years and until the mammoth came along the savage was the worst handling truck I'd ever seen on a race track.
