I've more or less finished the building of my tutor but have a question about the prop mounting.
Should the spinner backplate fit flush up to the drive hub on the crankshaft?
The backplate had to be threaded onto the threaded part of the crankshaft but the hole in the centre of it is not big enough to fit over the unthreaded part of the crankshaft which means that that the backplate does not fit flush to the drive hub.

Should I just drill the hole to fit?
OS 46 LA engine.
