Hello, Im am rather new to the hobby. I Recently found an old electric truck I bought as a youth in my mothers attic. I never had the money for the remote and servos as a kid. Well Long story short I have the truck up and running and even found the same model on ebay for spare parts since its hard to find parts for a 13 year old truck(Kyosho Outlaw Raider ARR 3162h). I love every minute I have spent driving this truck. But I want more power and longer run times. I have been looking into the benefits of nitro and have seen several different trucks i would like to own. But they all come RTR, I really want to hand biuld a gas truck from start to finish and use my current remote and servos if possible. I have a Fatuba Magnum 2PL and 2 3003 servos. I also converted my old manual speed control to a fatuba mc230 E.C.S.

I would like 4wd with some decent speed on and off road. But strong enough to bash around, jump and crawl. I like the savage I have seen in many videos, as well as the evader. I want to keep my budget around 2-300. I would like .16 or higher engine. I understand I may need a high torc servo for the steering on a 4x4 truck. I'm a severe do it yourselfer, Rebuilding a 74 impala full scale. As well as Install Car audio, and hand build my own P.C.s. Just to give you an idea of my previous hobby background.

Any suggestions? any good nitro truck kits out there with no remote and servos? So my money can Get a faster truck with a tall stance.

I only know what i have read here and seen on towerhobbies or in videos.
