Flew the plane a couple more times last weekend. Used an APC 10-8 prop which seems to work the best so far. Really starting to have fun with the plane. Tried a stall at altitude. The left wing dropped fast and the plane reversed direction. It then went totally out of control for a few seconds until I added power and recovered.

I'll take back what I said about the Hobbico retracts - 12 flights so far (off grass and pavement) and they're working well. Not bad for cheapo gear.
