yo im 14 i built a fp hornet trying to fly need help with setup (balancing and stuff)

it has 3 hitec servos
1 ikarus gyro (need help with)
1 slim line jr receiver(not micro wainting for the small one to come in)
1 batt pack
1 speed control
useing a 5 channel jr radio

it virbrates like hell untill i speed up
spins when i speed up
any help balancing would be great!!!


ps first time flying a heli been with planes for 5 years
