Finally got the Eindecker in the air! I have to say I'm impressed, it is a very nice model and it flys very scale like. The rudder is extremely sensitive and my first take was kinda scary, but with a little back stick pressure the take off is simple and straight forward. Landings are nice and slow. I'm on the low end of the power scale (flying at 4500ft elevation) with a tower hobbies 46, but it is plenty strong enough to take off in 20ft or so. In the air I have enough power to do what a real Eindecker could, so overall a good match. Although the sound of small 4 stroke is tempting. The control throw you mentioned worked very well, thanks again.
