After reading SJN's posts, I had to pick one of these up. I got it in this week and it is a nice looking plane. I will cut out the cockpit and add a full cockpit in it, should not be a problem, and since the legs are so long, I am gonna have to find a really good set of retracts, I was thinking of going with a set of 85 degree SpringAirs with oleo struts, do you guys think tht would work? I have a brand new set of giant scale Robarts, but they have the wire strut and they could also be use with some strut covers.
I watching religously SJN, so hurry and finish this thing, so I can see how it flies. BTW I purchased mine from Jet Hobbies. I got it for $249, and when I opened the box they had thrown in a very nice windbreaker and hat. I will defintely be doing business with those guys again.
