i just bought a hobbytown .40 trainner and i was wondering what is the best way to charge \discharge them untill i can afford to get a charger\discharger? and dose any1 know how long the batterys should be charged with the charger the raidio came with ect ect. any help would be thankful

Use a 12 volt light bulb from Radio Shack and a volt meter to tell when you get down to 4 volts, at which point you stop discharging.
Tell us your battery capacity in mah and your charger current rate in ma. Then we can calculate your charge time.
