That sounds like the power consumption of the receiver (no servos) and transmitter.

Is there anything written on the batteries themselves? The receiver would be 600 or 700 mah. The transmitter might be close to that as well. Your charger should have a sticker on it with how much current is can supply.

Let's say your battery is 600mah and your charger is 60ma.

Time to charge = (600/60) x 1.4 = 14 hours
