Zetor is right, the airframe has a LOT to do with it. Hovering a scale cub is much harder than a profile built to hover . For your engine, there are lots of profiles out there that will do it, but to get the info on each one, check in the forums for 3D and profiles out there.

At that altitude, you're going to need a smaller-than-normal plane for that size engine.
