Thinking about a 30 in Dakota with 2 channels. I think a cox or norvel would be too much.
I believe if you check in the Model Aviation plans list you will find a Dakota converted to RC. They increased size, removed all wing incidence, used built-up wing.
Don't remember other details. Might be a place to start.
