Default RE: U Can Do 3D

Joe thanks for the numbers. I have a 16x4W sitting here, but I've actually never used it. Your numbers are peak RPM's correct? For reference I perfer the APC 15x6 prop with my Saito 100. I get 9900 rpms with the APC. I've also used Zinger 15x6 wood props and I can turn 9600 with those. They are consistantly about 300 rpm lower than the apc. They only weigh half as much but they are not as efficient. I wish I could find APC props that weigh the same as wood Never tried the 15x4W but have considered trying it just to see how different it makes the UCD fly.

I've always heard that the 16x4w was a little much for the 100 and that it was a slow spooler. I will have to try mine soon and find out what kind of rpm I turn with it.
