Default Pain in the butt diff

You know what a pain in the butt the diff is to tighten? So I was thinking that after I get it exactly tightened so my car wont make high pitched sqealing noises when accelerating I would put a dab of thread lock on the screw so I dont have to keep adjusting it. Is this a good idea. Will it stop loosening itself for further adjustment, and if needed could I still clean my transmission out from time to time?

Thanks alot, Shredder111[>:]
