Default Need help mounting first gasser

Thanks guys. I hoping that I wouldn't have to redo everything. It is a Dubro 120 size soft mount, but I think i'll leave it and see how long the bushings hold up. If it tears them up too fast, I'll hard mount it. I've run the engine a couple more times and it seems to be smoothing out a bit (I had to lean the low needle some).

One other question that I had, There is some black sticky crud spattering out of the exhaust. I read in another post that this can be expected for the first gallon or so. Sound normal? I'm new to gas engines and I want to try not to make any wrong moves. I'm using the recommended break in mix of 87 octane and lawn boy ashless oil at 32:1.
