If your going to troll the board and stir up the pot, stir the whole pot and get the whole story. If you care to do a search on the whole story, I did an angine swap on my Edge.
I decided to leave my old ignition in the plane because there is nothing wrong with it, I used the prop hub and bolts because there was nothing wrong with them, and I put a relatively low time carb on the engine because it was fine. Have you ever been in competition and on the road and need spare parts. I have 
Now I have a spare ignition, carb and prop hub with bolts if I need them. What's wrong with that, and what IS your point :spinnyeye

Are you the same person that was on RC Showcase? That sold kits after using them for templates and keeping the hardware and selling them the kits minus hardware and tried to sell them for $15-20 less then a new kit?
Wasp, Top Cap, ect.
