Im flying on 15% byron fuel, sig extra 300 xs (14lbs ), with a saito 180.

I fly primarily with a apc 16/8. spins about 9600 rpm. Flies nicely, good but not unlimited vertical.

Would a 17/6 be better? I have flown a 14/6 on my saito 90, and it seemed like the plane flew in slow motion! Nice verticle, but dont try to do large loops

Anyone try a 17/8 or a 16/10 on 15% fuel ???? I always though that with a 4 stroke, you wanted the rpm around 8500-9000, but no one seems to fly in this range. Shouldnt we be using larger props???
