Sounds like you really liked the plane. Maybe you should build one from a kit. Then you may find it easy to fix that one and have two. Just a suggestion.

I build my four star and now I am building a Chipmunk. I am finding that ARF's are much cheaper. I will probably buy ARF's from now on and maybe a kit every now and then. But it is fun to build, but not much fun in the summer time because I never feel like working on it.


But I honestly think it would be good to build at least one kit. It really helps to know how to fix minor crashes, although I wouldn't classify your as minor.
