Maneuver #7--2 turn positive spin.

Let's say I'm heading left --too-- right.

What should my throttle be set at? How do I introduce/enter the spin? Nose high? Mushing into a full wing stall while flat and level? What is a "positive" spin-- as opposed to a "negative" spin?

Are we using ailerons, rudder, elevator? All 3 control surfaces? Only rudder and elevator?

I guess I need to stall the wing to start out, but really unsure how to perform the maneuver.
