hey sandman, the link i gave you comes with a rechargeable 'glow igniter'. the glow igniter heats up the 'glow plug'. you don't need to buy a glow igniter although you do need to buy about 3 glow plugs. like i said 'os 8' or 'os a3' work great. they run for around 5 dollars each. the reason you want to get fuel at your lhs is because i don't think a lot of places will ship fuel because its falmmable, i may be wrong though.
